1. What this service is (and is not)
7-24 Health is a private referral service that matches consumers with licensed insurance agents. We are not a Medicare program, not a government agency, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Medicare program, the Social Security Administration, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any government body. The official government Medicare website is medicare.gov.
We do not sell insurance ourselves. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. We connect you with licensed insurance agents who can discuss plans available in your ZIP code.
2. Eligibility
This service is intended for U.S. residents 64 years 6 months of age or older. If you are helping a parent or family member who meets that criterion, you may complete the form on their behalf with their consent.
3. No guarantee of enrollment or specific plan
Plan availability varies by ZIP code, age, current health status, prescription needs, and other factors. The "$0/mo Medicare Advantage plans may be available" language describes typical market conditions and is not a guarantee that you personally will qualify for a $0/mo plan. Your matched licensed agent will explain plans available to you specifically.
4. Licensed insurance agents
Our partner agents are licensed in the state(s) where they offer plans. Licensing details are disclosed on the call. Agents represent a defined set of Medicare-affiliated plans — not every plan available in every market is necessarily represented.
5. Fees
This site and the agent introduction are free to consumers. Our partner agents are compensated by the insurance carriers whose plans they sell, only if you choose to enroll. We earn a referral fee from partner agents for qualified introductions, paid by the agent, not by you.
6. Communications consent
By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by 7-24 Health and our matched partner(s) at the phone, email, and address you provided — including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to SMS to opt out; ask any caller to remove you from their list.
7. No warranty
The site and matching service are provided "as is." We don't warrant that the information is current or that any specific plan will be available to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7-24 Health's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except small-claims-court actions in your home jurisdiction.
10. Changes
If we materially update these terms, the change will be noted at the top.
